Nipple pus

I had white pimple at tip of my right nipple then I lost that skin tip of nipple and not growing and also there is light yellow colour pus coming and also nipple is swollen .kindly suggest any medicine for grow skin

Take 1) tablet Azibact 500 once daily 1 hours before or after 2 hours of meal for three days 2) Tablet Aceclofenac 50 mg + serretopetidase twice a day after meal for three days 3) keep the infected area clean with warm water
