I've NEVER had nipple or breast pain before, but for about four days my nipples have been sore and my breasts were sore one day also. I have also had uterine cramps. I have Mirena, could these be symptoms of the IUD? I've had it for seven months now without breast/nipple pain. Should I be worried?

yes in all probability it could be due to Mirena IUD. Get yourself examined by gynae.
