Nipple pain and sore nipple

My delivery August 8 .now I face it nipple sore on left side now I feed again again pain is too much and blood little bit what can I do . I can't stop my feeding because right side not comfortable for me that's the problem so please ask the solution anyone.

Hot water message on breast. Continue breastfeeding on demand. Take paracetamol for pain relief.
