I went to a sex worker few days ago she was having some issue in her teeth idk what she bited my nipple hardly i dont feel any pain or anything but after closely examineing i found a very tiny cut is there any chance of hiv spreading via her mouth blood by this cut or something else by biteing and sucking plz guide
