My right nipple is hard and swollen.i am having history of thyroid past 1 year. And also irregular periods. I am  unmarried . My age is 24. Kindly suggest some solution because of this lockdown can't able to go to hospital.3 month back ultrasound scan of breast also have been taken it showed no abnormalities in it.
