My husband has nil sperm count. We have done three times sperm count test but no result we found. Doctor suggested there is no chances to increase count. If u have any solution kindly suggest me.

If sperm count Nil,have examination from andrologist, testicular sonography, Doppler test, hormone study Will help further management And testicular biopsy or aspiration gives you exact Idea of situation

Many times sperm count may come nil because of some blockage in vasa deferens.. Your husband need clinical examination by a urologist and TESA (testicular sperm aspiration).
