I m 31 years old and do not masturbate or watch porn. I am a vegetarian and unmarried. Also I m a pious person. Still I suffer from nightfalls. I can't spent night at anyone's place because of this. How can I stop this embarrassment?

Sperm is produced everyday about 2 ml. If you dont do sex or masturbation after some time it overflows as nigt emissions or night falls. Its natural and common. whether vegetarian or non vegetarian it can happen. Pious person also semen production keep happening. Its nothing wrong if you do masturbation once or twice a week which stops these night falls and embarrassments.
