Nightfall is normal???
I use to masturbate a lot but decided to stop and post 61 days was everything normal and suddenly on 63rd day 66th day night fall happened(In dinner has spicy food).
So is over masturbation is causing the night fall or it is normal to have one since I am sexually inactive for long periods.
(Abdomen ultrasound & CT for Kidney and prostate is normal)
1.Does it interconnected with excessive masturbation and causing issue.
2. Does nightfall ruined all the accumulated sperm which was stored from past 61 days.
3.Soon going to marry & does it effect post martial life.

Yes excessive masturbation can be the most common cause for frequent nightfall.
Normally persons who do not masturbate, have nightfall once in a month or twice.
And spermatogenesis is a continuous process... So if the formed semen is ejaculated then new will be formed, until and unless you have testicular failure.
