Hii .last 20days I am not masturbated due to my dedication .every day my penis was erected but I controlled but yesterday night when slept automatically I ejaculated sperm .and the ejaculated sperm is at high volume near abt 7 to 10ml .is it is good sign of future sex or any disorder?
