Sir, I have habit of watching porn and masturbate weekly 4-5 times. This habit was started since my 10 th class. I don't have habit of smoking or drinking. Now from last 1 year whenever I tried to have sex with my partner my penis is not getting strong enough to intercourse . At the beginning of foreplay the penis gets erect hard and automatically it gets soft after 2or 3 min. Again after some time the penis erects . Also during the oral sex the penis becomes soft every time. Due to soften of the penis at final stage I goes of with masturbation rather than having sex. Always I keep unsatisfied to my partner. Also I am now night fall during sleep 3-4 times in week Please suggest me medical course or proper treatment to get overcome my problem.
