My 15 the day follicular result RTOV 1.96*1.36 and my thikness 9.2 mm LTOV no follicles it's any problems of my health what is my next plan ?

Your follicle size is normal  normally only one side of ovary develop follicle in one cycle next month other ovary develop follicle

Right side follicle size is good now doctor will give you injection for rupture then have sex and again ultrasonography to know whether it has ruptured or not.
