I was having nexito 5mg tablet for the past few months to control panic attack as per my doctor advice. Recent when I checked with another psyiatrist for a second opinion. He reduced nexito 5mg to 1/2tablet perr day. Along with that he added movarest Nat (components: Elemental magnesium 60 MG+Melatonin 3 MG+Pyridoxal 5-phosphate 3 MG) tablet. Is that really helps in controlling panic attack? Are there any difference between the way the these 2 medicine works ? Which is a best medicine Regards Jegan
