Newborn not sleeping through night

I have a newborn one month old. She sleeps all day and awake throughout the night with crying even after feed.which makes me exhausted.want to know for how long a newborn have this sleep pattern? is there anything I could do so that she sleeps during the night?

It will settle in 2-3 months, till that u also sleep during the day,, give one breast at a time
