It is normal .   Till  6 months   baby can pass stool  once 6 days and even 12-15 times a day . Just keep breastfeeding well  and should be passing urine well.

If the baby is active and drinking milk you can wait for couple of days You can also try drop neopeptine 5 drops every 12 hrly for 2 days And consult your doctor
