Hi dear. Since your baby’s weight gain seems to be good there is nothing to worry about.
Demand feeding is what is recommended. So continue demand feeds.
If she sleeps well after each feed and passes urine at least 8-10 times and is having a good weight gain then that shows that her feeds are enough
If you are breastfeeding her then continue demand breastfeeding.
If you are feeding her expressed breast milk then the way she is demand feeding is acceptable. Please try to feed her using paladai or spoon and avoid bottle as that can cause nipple confusion
But if you are feeding her formula milk please check if the formula is diluted as per the formula milk package instructions. Sometimes if the formula is incorrectly diluted the baby may not feed well or may not demand at the right time.
