New small freckle

I've noticed a new very small freckle on my vulva, near my labia minora on the top left. I also have had very painful itching and a scrape on the same side. The itching has gone down only slightly and I'm not sure if the scrape is from shaving. I haven't noticed it before. I'm a white teenage girl with about 30 other moles/freckles on my body.
