Hello Dr, Need your assistance!! This is Deeparaj from Chennai and my sister recently blessed with girl baby and now she turned 1 year but there's no activities like movement and not intake of any food except mother feeding and powdered milk. According to mother statement, during delivery baby has medical complication of breathing problems and cause of  broken amniotic sac. What is the cause behind this problem. Please advise and how to proceed further. Thank you
