Most likely due to inadequate feeding baby is crying... Eye discharge is due to NLD blockage... Do nasal bridge massage .. Clean eyes with normal saline

Don’t think that’s the cause for crying, may be your baby is not getting enough milk from mother, may be your baby is bored or tired. You need to spend more and more time, usually kids do cry more at night than day. As regards eye is concern you can put toba eye drop one drop in each eye for three days. If no better then take physical consultation
