I have consistent body pain and digestive issues. Pain occurs in spots in my body and it's little pulsing. Mainly end of chest shoulders near elbow and neck. I had been taking vit b12 supplements for 1 month after consulting a neurologist.the pain stopped.After 1 month I consulted him again he asked me to discontinue the medication. After 1 week the pain started again. What can be the reason
