Neurogenic pain in limbs

I am suffering from neurogenic pain from last 5 month. No relief till now have seen several doctors please help me now

At your age I can only think of two reasons. High stress levels causing Vitamin B12 deficiency Or Venous incompetency. It is easily managable if correctly diagnosed.
