Hi i am 37 years unmarried, i have a problem of slow urinary flow. Dribbling of urine from 5 years. Every day urine passes 20 to 30 times. Bladder doesnt empty always. Urologist had done many tests but result is that i have a neurogenic bladder. Currently i am taking medicine from a psychiatrist who suggested that it will be treated by medicines. Currently iam taking medicines duloxetine 30mg, risperidone 2mg, librax, & rabeprazole levosulpride 75mg. i want to know that it will be curable by any neurologist with medicine. please reply if anybody knows about this problem.
Neurosurgeon bladder has very poor out come. First of all we need to find out the causes and then treatment modulation. Pelvis floor strengthing exercising may help. Please visit hospital for further evaluation
