Attaching report can any doctor kindly tell me what in this report? Is it life threatening...? Doctor suggestiong brain operation...can plz anyone  elaborate

To interpret report,there is also need of patient symptoms and sign.most likely it could be tuberculosis.but still only with physical and neurological examination,one can ascertain it. If not treated,may be life threatening.
Next Steps
take neurologist consultation.
