Hi Doc , I have public speaking nervousness. Especially when I give a presentation at the office , for a few minutes my heart beat goes fast , changes in voice modulation and i feel blank etc.. May I know is there any permanent solution

Permanent solution is more practise so that u can be off from stage fright
