My wife is passing through nerves pain in hand and leg. Sometimes nerves become senseless it's gives a bad pain. And time to time there is a head pain. She is unable to sleep at night and take at a day time.

If this is recent onset pain then may require medication to help her along with test. Maybe good if you consult someone. Ask her to take more leafy veggies in diet Do relaxation exercises like deep breathing. Thanks
