Nerves and brain problems

I am experiencing a depression type feeling from past few months. I have weakness in my right body side nerves. Sometimes I feel a sudden Whistle sound creating numbness in ears for few seconds. It happened many times. I am afraid if it is some kind of major issue with my brain. Please help. I have severe mood swings which affecting my daily activities.
