Mouth pulls to one side occasionally no pain only on the right side mainly when i am stressed mainly the corner of the mouth

Probably muscle spasm. Since its occasionally present you choose to ignore or get a neurologist opinion ie if you have already visited a dentist. If not seek a dental opinion first.
