Nerve Pain in both hands, chest, neck,face and back and going down to groin region. It's mostly seen with down neck position for long time(i.e. when using mobile). Aur when stretching neck and upper body.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Here, due to prolonged exposure to the phone, you can develop pain in neck, shoulder and back region which sometimes mimic as nerve pain. It may also lead to development of cervical spondylosis

Your pain may be related to posture or may be due to Fibromyalgia (a disorder of central pain processing). Try changing your work table/ posture and physiotherapy for a couple of weeks. If your pain doesn't improve with this then consult a Rheumatologist for evaluation for Fibromyalgia
