In my back left side one nerve got pulled and it is paining. I have tried applying moov spray and hot water bag but pain is still there. It has limited movement of left hand and neck

Apply ice to affected area. Avoid lifting heavy things.use soft pillow.do proper neck physiotherapy  like cervical traction,ift or tens modality and cervical exercises at ur near by place
