My headache comes from my neck. If I hit my neck or correct my posture, it relaxes.There is also a slight pain in the shoulders, sometimes even reaching the forehead.Is this a symptom of cervical?

Yes, These are symptoms suggestive of cervical pathology, MRI cervical spine needed for confirmation though along with a neurological examination
