Nerve compression

One month ago, I consulted a proctologist for piles checkup. After checkup I had pain for two days near anal area. After that suddenly my whole body became kind of sensitive. My two hands are becoming numb and painful very frequently, with little pressure. Mainly, ring and little finger side of the arm till elbow. My right leg below ankle area little numb. When I sleep on one side for long time, that side of head is little numb. These things, I never had before. Does nerve compression in one place, can trigger sensitivity in whole body? Is the rough piles checkup causing this?
