A petient is having one kidney size slight smaller than other one but all the reports are good and showing no problem but she is suffering from high blood pressure

Do not worry..it can be normal difference in size of kidneys...usually high BP will cause bilateral size reduction..but still it could be a possibility...keep your bp in control and visit a nephrologist.
