Neosporin power or betadine tube is better for wounds on knees and elbow due to fall on road ? Betadine is pasted along with dressing (dressing to cover) on the wound which is sticking to it and painful at the time of redressing the wound. And Neosporin powder is spread over open wound.

Both are good for wounds .only if the wound is in areas where there is  contact with water frequently them neosporin powder is better
