I am over a week late. And I had taken three pregnancy tests during. All were negative. I want to know whether I might be expecting. (Which is welcome news.) Or if I might have graver things to be concerned about. I have a monogamous and active relationship with my partner. And have been on birth control prior to the delay. I have not taken any birth control since the delay of my period. There had also been some cramps during the time of the expected period.
