Needs urgent help with eyes reports

If there's an eye specialist or someone who can read the following reports. Please tell me what the reports suggest. Is it cataract or something else? It's very important, please help!! TIA

yes he is having cataract both eyes .more in le than re.it is correctable with the help of glasses  upto  some extent, say 50 to 60%.if the patient is comfortable with glasses then the operation may be delayed  for some time  say 6 months  otherwise  operation is the only remedy. .the other report is the calculation of the lens to be implemented.

The examination suggests it's cataract in both the eyes -slightly more in the left eye than the right. As far as the vision without glasses is concerned, it's pretty low. Even with the trial of glasses (as per the reports) the vision is not improved beyond 6/12 ( 2 lines less than normal). With the cataract present, vision quality is bound to be reduced even with these glasses. It's advisable to undergo a cataract surgery as far as the patient is systemicaly healthy and pretty operative fitness is normal. It's an elective procedure and not an emergency one.
