Needle like pain in left chest

Hi, I had pin or needle pricking pain at my left chest last night in the middle of my sleep that lasted for 10 mins and after tht I slept.  the pain is not there now. What could be the reason? I am afraid it might be cardiac issues.

Does not look like a cardiac problem. Needle prick like short lasting pain is unlikely cardiac. To be sure you cab get ecg done
