Sir i am anurag a student of architecture final year last yearr dec 2016 i left clg due to depression for personal reasons.but now they are asking me mental fitness certificate for mental health to continue my final yr.i have scored 76% marks in 8 semester.i dont know if any doctor will take heed to this msg.but if u will helpi can continue study

It is not right on the university/ college's part to ask for such a certificate. Depression is a common mental illness. Anyway, you can visit any psychiatrist and obtain a fitness certificate. It shouldn't be an issue. It is just like a physical fitness certificate.
