I have endometriosis and usually experience severe bloating. Unfortunately, my period falls on my wedding date, which means I will likely have significant bloating and may need to size up in my clothes. I can't afford to deal with this situation, so I'm looking for a tablet to reduce water retention without disrupting my menstrual cycle or hormones. Do you have any suggestions?
