Take coriander juice daily.. 25gms of coriander leaves
Go for morning walk in greenery daily
Do yogasanas and pranayam daily
Sarvangasan is very helpful in
thyroid
Take dates beet root jaggery green leafy vegetables regularly
Recheck your thyroid hormone levels after 6 weeks following all above points
