Hi , I'm attaching my mother's leg picture.Please suggest which specialist to consult & guide for treatment. Looks like varicose veins but I'm not sure, there is no history of fall or injury but she says it's painful . Been seeing this from past 1 month . Will homeopathy help or surgery needed ? I'm not aware of, very kind of you if you can guide me
