Need to control sugar level in blood.

My mother's sugar level is 300+ and Dr.has suggested to bring the sugar level below 200 to perform eye cataract operation. Need suggestions to bring her sugar level below 200+ in couple of weeks as the eye Dr has suggest to perform the cataract operation ASAP. Please suggest.

It is not possible to treat on such a platform. Her current medicines will need to be assessed and either the dose will need to be incresed or insulin injections added/increased. Also, a strict diet will need to be followed.
