I am attaching a CT scan report of my chest. Please give me information on this. My treatment is over a year ago but still my cough is not gone.

CT chest shows old changes , however CT abdomen shows changes of presence of an abscess. History of any fever? Abdominal symptoms ? Kindly consider personal consult for discussion analysis and plan of action
