Hello plz advice one of my known with money issues suffering from instestinal issue and cect report is attached plz advice treatment option and suggest which government hospitals to go and plz advice prognosis private hospital asking 2 lac but unable to pay is by any chance surgery can b avoided

First you consult a Surgical gastroenterologist and take his opinion. If patient is not having vomitings and passing stools freely and if it proves to be tubercular pathology, mostly it can be managed with Anti tubercular drugs. If patient had vomitings, not passing  flatus and stools, if patient has abdomen distention, then he may require surgery. Go to Nizams institute of medical sciences( Nims) , hyderabad
