My mother is suffering with Mania, hallucinations, delusions , schezophernia from last 20 years. When every she she feels stressed due to any small problem at home also, these episodes increases . Recently due to some financial problem at home , again it got increased and we couldn't able handle her. She threatens to harm my father and mother in law. She developed some hallucinations ( like my father side relatives abused her personally and physically) which not happed . Because of it, during these episodes she show her temper and anger on them. She has been constantly speaking these things from morning to night . Sometime she doesn't sleep also. My father is hear patient , he cannot handle her prolonged time. 10 days back we discharged from hospital after 3 ECTs ( shock treatment) in 5days. Tablets : Lithocent Cr , dipro OD 500, quel sr 200, rize t, clep s0.5. Please advice best hospital or doctor near Kadapa, A.P (200km from Bangalore). We are planning take her to NIMHANS Bangalore
