Need suggestion in LFT Report!

My father suffers from alcoholism (alcohol abuse) and the attached LFT is during the time he suffered from Covid-19 at the end of April 2021. He recovered after having moderate infection. However LFT has left as worrying about his liver. How urgent it is to get him to a Hepatologist? Knowing that condition outside is still dangerous. He has not taken alcohol since April 15th 2021.
