Need suggestion and guidance

Dear Doctor, Myself swamy, I have few questions regarding my treatment related. We trying for baby, but unfortunately there are few problems we found during my seman analysis, getting low sperm count due to liquification not happening causing got very severe sperm count (1 million)..Doctor suggested to take fertyl 25 MG and MAXAZO -L powder, continued since 6 months.. We met doctor again for cross consultation , they said cant improve sperm morphology and sperm motality. We really completely blank. Pls clarify below 1. Can't we improve sperm morphology 2. Can't we improve sperm motality 3. How to resolve sperm liquification problem 4. How to improve healthy sperm count Is there any specific treatment or diet need to follow to improve Any general tablets or medication need to follow to get rid of these issues. Please guide🙏🙏🙏🙏.

Pls visit fertility specialist and don't waste more time otherwise the sperm count will decrease more and then it will become difficult
