Need normal skin color and conditions

I had an eczema near the ankle but is now more or less cleared but the skin doesn't look normal as of now. What should I apply to have the normal akin condition back?The photo is the recent one after using Moisturex cream and steroid cream. Please suggest a medication for regular skin in that area. Thank you very much

Light colours is due to steroid. Stop it. exposure to sun after coconut oil daily for 10 minute
