My dad has been prescribed the following: 1)Glimepiride 2 mg - once before breakfast 2)Metformin 500 mg - once before lunch and once before dinner. He has been consuming these since last 7 months. In the prescription medicine name has not been mentioned and the medicine he is having has the name Glimepiride 2 mg Metformin 500 mg He has moved from hometown to Bengaluru. I would like to know medicine name for each of the above composition and a prescription as well since i need to order those online.
