Dear Doc, Good morning. I have a sister who has a creatinine of 3.15 and having a leg pain. Based on her Ultrasound done Sep 2, 2017 as per below: In her ultrasound it says Both kidneys are small in size, but normal in shape and position with loss of cortico medullary differentiation and bright echogenicity all s/o Grade II nephropathy with chronic renal parenchymal disease No obvious evidence of calculus seen and no dilation of the pelvi calyceal system noted.
