Need long-term nsaids

My mother is a pateint of rheumatoid arthritis with c3 c4 disc herniation l4l5 disc bulge neck pain back pain and knee pain, she takes aceclofenac paracetamol tablets 100mg twice a day,she get sufficient relief from this ,she is taking this medicine from 6 months and get sufficient relief from this, but i afraid of nsaid associated kidney damage, should she continues this medicine or not she also have inflammation in various joints

NSAIDs are known to affect kidney function. Unless other alternatives are not working, long term usage is not encouraged. Timely investigation of Kidney Function tests (including urine routine) is advisable.
