Please check the attached repor s of ultra sound neck . What is the difference between these two reports? Second test report is taken before 5 months in which tirads 3 is written. Are these 2 reports same.

The gland has appeared to be slightly smaller, other than that there is not much difference in the scans. But that does not mean there is no changes in the patient. Kindly consult with the surgeon/ oncologist as they will co-relate clinically and with other tests.
